All secure documents open in Adobe Reader depending on how your computer is set up Adobe may open in your browser or in its own window.  If it opens in your browser the password window opens on top and should not be a problem.  If Adobe opens in its own window it will open a blank window and the password window may open behind the Adobe window sorry that’s Adobe I can’t do anything about it.  If Adobe is already open when you request a new document the password window will be associated with the open Adobe window.  When you enter the password the new request will open.  If you don’t see the password window you will have to look for it on the task bar or by using Alt-Tab.
